Weird random situation where Taran must go to some sort of Vampire Function, and must have some human thrall because Reasons. He is a shitty vampire and has no idea how to even try to enthrall someone. Grabs a random Drew off the street and basically says "You. You're my thrall now. For tonight." Drew is confused because what even is a thrall random stranger, so Taran reluctantly explains the situation. Drew ponders over it and decides that he will help this stranger because of course he will. Also, he has only ever seen vampires in movies, so it's neat that he's just met a real one, and will meet many other real ones!

He spends the whole Function meeting vampires and announcing that Taran is "my vampire! :D I am his thrall and very happy :D :D" Some of the vampires find him endearing, some find him annoying, and most of them wonder what the hell kind of thrall he is because thralls actually aren't supposed to be so chatty. Taran wonders what the hell he's gotten himself into.

Aaaand then he finds out his thrall is a sea monster.

Taran has started returning Drew's hugs, even though it seems to make him uncomfortable.


Also he is shocked, shocked! at the random kisses. Shocked, I tell you. AHAHAHA LOOKIT THAT FACE. X3

Brandon seems to be fairly ambivalent. Seeing as how his significant other isn't properly equipped for birthing and adoption is hard, he doesn't really feel like bothering. Also, he's not sure his raising a kid would be a very good idea (though he seems to be doing well enough in Kearny 'Verse).

Max is too neurotic to try breeding. He can barely handle himself sometimes, so trying to care for spawn is just right out. It'd be a Very Bad Idea, success in Kearny 'Verse notwithstanding.

Lil' Max currently assumes he'll probably have kids 'one day' as that's what people seem to do. Nevermind the fact that deep down he's actually not interested at this point in time, nor is he really sure he'll be interested in the future.

Ryan possibly shouldn't have spawned, but oops. The Trio turned out fairly well, regardless of his hand in their upbringing, or lack thereof. Given the chance to participate in the actual raising he would've done his best, and probably he would've been good at it. Jerry did a good job helping with the youngest, at least, but has no chilluns of his own. That he knows of.

It's possible that Drew is equipped to carry children. The Telmeri are weird like that. Though I think if he were to get pregnant he'd freak out at least a little. I kinda doubt he's ever seen a pregnant male anything. Really, he doesn't worry about it right now, as his people only spawn after adulthood and he's not 'of age' yet, so the equipment should be nonfunctional.

Taran hates kids. He won't breed unless he somehow manages to get Drew knocked up. In the unlikely event that this happened, he'd flip his shit hard, and the spawn possibly wouldn't even make it to birth.

Chad, too, hates kids and will not breed. No amount of whining, begging, threatening, etc will change his mind. Also he's too smart to be oopsed.

As far as Argon is concerned, the family line ends with him. End of story. He spent a good portion of his life raising his sister practically on his own, and that was more than enough, thank you very much. Of course if Sylvie has children, then the line can continue under a different name. That's fine too.

Nic is pretty sure he wouldn't mind being a father, but considering he's with Argon, that just won't happen. He accepts and is fine with this. Besides, he can have all the Kodak moments he wants helping out with Sylvie.

As for Ozoka and Shiro? With Shiro's health problems and 'Zoka's mental imbalances raising children would just be cruel. It's a sort of unspoken agreement between them. That and 'Zoka is Too Damn Horny to be around impressionable children.

This one involved a buncha people (most of whom I didn't recognize) in a mildly creepy 49-story house. I have no idea why it was 49 stories, or how that's even possible. But there ya go. ( Read more... )

That's all I remember. And yes, I'm aware that it's a really stupid dream. My subconscious is weird.

Ok, so I was dreaming random stuff involving something with Taran and Drew. There were some evil people, I think the three vampires who turned Taran. So one of them was holding him down, and the other two had Drew. And I don't remember exactly what they were talking about, but it was something to do with them doing Bad Stuff to Drew to mess with Taran. Possibly the same thing they'd done to him back when they turned him. Bad, bad things. And Drew, he figured out what they meant, and realized what other people meant when they went on about things like that. He's pretty innocent as far as that stuff goes, but this time he understood...and it made him mad. Like, really mad...he'd never been so pissed off in his life. And then? Something weird. He. changed. I mean, changed. It was crazy. Sort of like when he changes forms to merboy-type, only so much not. He went a little greenish-skinned, his eyes blacked out, and he got big scary teeth like a fucking barracuda. I think he might've grown a little too, gotten a little taller and lankier, and his hair kinda went a little dead-seaweed-in-water-like. He looked like a fucking sea monster of some sort. There was severe beatdown. And what sucked is that Taran didn't get to watch cuz he'd passed out by then. I think the one person was choking him or something.

And then when he woke up Drew was perfectly normal, just kinda worried about things because he couldn't remember what'd happened past the point where he'd seen red, just that after he'd calmed down the people who'd attacked them were totally pwned and not coming back ever. And Taran was all 'wtf' and that's really all I remember.

Strange, huh? A raging Drew is a scary thing. XD
